        The shelf life of quick-frozen Lantern Festival and Tangyuan should be about 8 months.

        The shelf life of quick-frozen dumplings should be 12 months.

        Different quick-frozen foods have different shelf life. Should be treated differently.

        Prerequisites for the above shelf life: always maintain freezing conditions: minus 18 degrees below zero. Otherwise, it can only be placed for 1 to 2 months.  It must be ensured that the refrigerator is always tightly closed and the freezing conditions are maintained: below 18 degrees below zero, quick frozen food can achieve such a long shelf life. If the refrigerator is open in the supermarket, or if the refrigerator at home is no longer below minus 18 degrees, quick-frozen food generally expires after 1 to 2 months and cannot be consumed.

        The storage of homemade food should be sealed and quick frozen in a bag, which can be stored for 3 to 5 days. Some people have the habit of making dumplings at home. Sometimes they think of quick-freezing when they make more dumplings. They will eat it in a few days, but quick-freezing is also required. Bags should be used to seal the food and isolate the air, so that it can be stored for 3 to 5 days after quick freezing. If it is not sealed, generally it can only be stored for 1 to 2 days after quick freezing and can no longer be eaten.
